Shanna Ewoldt’s love for animals started early. She grew up with pets ranging from rabbits to horses and began pet sitting at just ten years old. After graduating from Alfred University with a BA in Biology and a minor in equine science, she spent 12 years working for multiple animal shelters in Maryland.
Nine years ago, Shanna adopted her first dog, a Rottweiler named Carter. That journey led her to Off Leash K9 Training and sparked her passion for dog training. She has continued to grow through seminars and hands-on learning with a variety of trainers, then turned that passion into her career by joining the Off Leash family as a trainer in 2022.
